The car has problems with the gear box. Second gear sometimes jumps off when charging from first. In the middle of the trip the entire pannel of the car turned off for about 1 minute.

Loved how I got an Audi Q3, even though I ordered a Skoda Karoq. It handled very well on the road and only a few thousand KM on the tachometer. The staff was very friendly and easy going, which made my experience with them exceptional. I guess it took a horror experience with a competitor, so I tried Europcar and they were wonderful and professional in every aspect. I am renting from Europcar again for 5.5 weeks in September 2025 and I can't wait to see what I get then. One happy customer that cannot wait to return. 😃

I didn't have to wait long, the car was already there and clean and bringing the car back was excellent, a gentleman was there when I dropped the car and they did their check and quickly I was on my way as my pickup was already there, that was very professional. No hidden costs on charges and the fact that the gadget for tolls was also very functional, it many my journey easy, I will recommend Europcar to my family and friends, actually I have already done so and I will use it next time I need to hire a car

To pick up the car we had to wait almost two hours. The drop off is also not optimal. You need to drop it off in the airport parking and pay for the parking which is rather pricy.

I purchased the extra coverage through kayak and when I got there they informed me that there was no coverage available through the booking, They then charged me an additional $300 euro for insurance gas deposit! I will never use this service again! No wifi in office or shuttle service available either,

euro-car did not allow me to pick up my car. they required an international drivers license which wasn't stated in the contract. I want a refund
