Very comfortable (upgraded to business class). The audio on my screen didn’t work, but I managed to play the audio through my phone while watching the screen.
Flight was On time and landed 30 mins early considering we were flying into Newark. No complaints.
get E+, a must for 5 hours flight if you are tall
The flight was canceled the day of the flight. United says it was FAA issue, with some 35 flights canceled and more delayed.
Our flights got changed from United to Air Canada and our purchased seats did not get transferred so we had to pay for seats twice. I brought it up with Air Canada and they stated I had to go back and chase it with United. The united seats were $21 Canadian each and Air Canada were $56 each so we have paid $77 for each seat. Very unhappy

I love United was disappointed we had a two hour delay, however the Pilot did say safety first.
I just got back from a trip with 3 flights each way. The flights were good and we were happy with out experience. There was one steward on our first flight that was harsh and grump with passengers. It did not leave a good impression. All of the other flight crews were great on the other five flights.

Easy to board. Flight was super crowded though so I didn't sleep well on that cross country red-eye flight. The aisles seem ot have gotten narrower and the seat smaller whn luggage and people are getting bigger so it would be AWESOME to have more space and breathing room in general ;)
There is not enough space between two chairs and raws.
Actually as my experience with air Canada from Canada to Newark it was crazy for me because it was a lot of delays which for me it shouldn’t be like that, but I was able to coup with it so that was my experience I hope next time they will do good on that thanks.
All was fine. Weather was a bit stormy, but nothing kayak can do about that! 😊
flight was delayed, there was open communication about the delay the delay pushed way past the posted delay time and
AC needs to update their fleet. Too many mechanical issues, dated planes and too many delays
was wondreful! just let me know what airline im flying in advance!
I book my air canada flight and i am an aeroplan card holder however I was required to pay for my first check-in bag. Terrible experience
Was nice to have plug in and TV screen on seat back. Didn't have either on rouge flights. Staff was excellent.
Announcement of flight cancellation when we were at the gate for boarding. Yelling that the only thing they would do is hand out taxi or hotel voucher. Group of us were travelling to the same location and we were not accommodated to travel together. I was sent to Montreal with barely enough time to make connecting flight and when I got to La Guardia my luggage was sent to Newark. I got a damaged suitcase next night (after 11 pm).
Leg room limited compared with previous flight from Hong Kong. Other than that. Still good value.
