Pros (+) Location was nice
Cons (-) The unexpected upon arrival $40 resort fee was a bit much for a hotel with basically no amenities

Pros (+) In the middle of south beach. Great service, front desk was very helpful. Clean comfortable rooms.
Cons (-) Not for older couples or families, this does not include me but it is a forewarning. I didn't know gratuity would be added automatically until I arrived at my first day. But I was advised on the first day. The cleaning ladies were on time and did a great job, so gratuity was worth it.
Pros (+) the room was fairly clean and the cleaning crew was helpful.
Cons (-) The front desk staff was rude and gave us attitude when we complained. When my husband called at 1am in the morning to say the music is so loud that our floors are vibrating, all the receptionist offered was ear plugs... Seriously.
