Pros (+) Staff were very friendly and helpful! First class service.
Cons (-) The hallways/lift areas needs cleaning/dusting/vacuuming. Dark and uninviting. The rooms were very clean - so it's not a house keeping issue. It's the hotel. It needs attention to lift the grading especially given the competition in the area.

Pros (+) It was warm and close to where our meeting was taking place. Its also very central to Civic and Nishi. The reviews i read were accurate.
Cons (-) There is limited allocated parking. The internet i.e.: free wi fi does not work. The buffet breakfast was poorly maintained when we were there choices were limited. Our business associate was lucky he went later. Coffee was undrinkable. It did not live up to what you would expect from Peppers. Then we are a mature couple perhaps we expect too much.
